Callen-Badger was formed for the purpose of advancing hospitality-anchored development projects with an array of talents of great depth and breadth. Our roots run deep in the hospitality and real estate sectors, with a focus on developments and acquisitions of $50 million or higher.
We derive our name from the defining traits of our primary partners — the tenacity and resourcefulness of the Badger Group, combined with the rich legacy of the Callen Family in real estate investment, hotel, and casino development spanning four generations since 1867.

More than 30 years of hospitality expertise with major brand recognition from IHG, Wyndham, and Holiday Inn.
